Additional Congress activities

As part of the registration process, you can book the additional Congress activities below. Attendance is limited and will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Breakfast with the experts 
Monday 9 – Thursday 12 October 2023
To kick off the scientific programme each day, breakfast sessions will be led by a panel of expert speakers to discuss the latest challenges and opportunities in women’s health. Breakfast service is included. Pre-registration will be required at an additional cost of EUR 25.00 per person.  

Hands-on simulation labs

Monday 9 – Thursday 12 October 2023
Immersive learning experiences offer the opportunity to practice gynaecologic surgical procedures and react and respond to obstetric scenarios in a life-like simulated environment. Pre-registration will be required at an additional cost of EUR 50.00 per person. 

FIGO Gala dinner
Wednesday 11 October 2023
The FIGO Gala dinner will be our headline social event at the 2023 World Congress. Book your place to enjoy the best of local cuisine and Parisian entertainment. We will spend the evening at Le Pré Catelan that serves award-winning French cuisine in an opulent, light-filled venue in the Bois de Boulogne park. A shuttle service will be provided to and from the Paris Convention Centre. Pre-registration will be required at an additional cost of EUR 150 per person.  

Post-Congress workshops
Friday 13 October 2023
Post-Congress workshops are focused and interactive sessions that offer attendees a deep-dive into a specific area of interest. Pre-registration will be required at an additional cost of EUR 75.00 per person for a half day workshop and EUR 130.00 per person for a full day workshop.

  • 15% off for groups of 10–29 delegates*
  • 25% off for groups of 30+ delegates*

*Group discounts are not available on registration fees for accompanying guests, day rates for delegates living or working in France or additional registration items such as the FIGO Gala dinner and post-Congress workshops

Please indicate your preferred payment method on the form. Each attendee can pay for their own discounted registration fee or one payment for all attendees in the group can be made by the head booker (the head booker is considered to be the person who has completed the form)

What do registration fees cover?

Accompanying guests

All registered OBGYNs, other health care professionals, trainees, students, midwives and nurses are welcome to bring one accompanying guest to the FIGO World Congress. The accompanying individual/guest must not qualify for any other registration type.

You will be prompted to register an accompanying guest during the registration process and the ticket cost will be added to your final balance.

Please note that accompanying guests are not authorised to attend any scientific sessions.

Payment

  • Registration fee applies as per the date of payment.
  • Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
  • Pre-event registration payments can be made by credit card, debit card or invoice.
  • Registrations can be paid for by invoice until 7 September 2023 inclusive. After this date, registration payments can only be made by credit or debit card.
  • Invoice payments will need to be settled within 30 days of the registration date to be valid.
  • Online registration will close on 6 October 2023.
  • From 6 October 2023, all outstanding pre-registration payments will be required to pay the relevant Onsite registration fee. Post-Congress workshops are focused and interactive sessions that offer attendees a deep-dive into a specific area of interest.
