The World Congress will bring together more than 8,000 health professionals, including representatives of FIGO’s 130+ member societies, obstetrician gynaecologists, midwives, nurses, advocates, decision makers, and other specialists in the field of women’s health and policy.

Yes, the FIGO 2023 World Congress will be taking place purely in-person. The programme will follow the local time zone of Central European Summer Time (CEST).
Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in English, French and Spanish for all plenary sessions. Visit Programme for further information about the language of other sessions.

Registration fees include admission to all scientific sessions, the industry exhibition, as well as to the Welcome Reception, Opening Ceremony and ‘Evening for All’ networking event.
Separate registration will be required for the Breakfast with the Expert sessions, Simulation Labs, Post-Congress Workshops and the FIGO Gala Dinner. Attendance at these Congress activities is limited and will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Visit Registration for more details.
All registered OBGYNs, other health care professionals, trainees, students, midwives and nurses are welcome to bring one accompanying guest to the FIGO World Congress. Accompanying fees cover admission to the industry exhibition, Welcome Reception and ‘Evening for All’ networking event. Accompanying guests are not authorised to attend any scientific sessions.

Please indicate your preferred payment method on the form. Each attendee can pay for their own discounted registration fee or one payment for all attendees in the group can be made by the head booker (the head booker is considered to be the person who has completed the form)
It is your own responsibility to check any visa requirements for entry into France, and if required, apply for a visa yourself, in plenty of time to travel to and attend the World Congress. FIGO cannot take responsibility for declined visa applications or applications not processed in time.
A letter of invitation to attend the Congress can be secured during the registration process for the Congress. Letters of invitation will only be issued upon receipt of a completed registration form and full payment of registration fees. Please note that a letter of invitation should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees and other expenses.
